Medical billing

Has anyone or is anyone doing medical billing from home? I finished an at-home course for it and it seems hard to start off working from home. Anyone with any experience about this let me know please. Paid alot for the schooling and am a little frurstrated about it.

I do it, but it was just through luck. It just so happened that I worked for a doctor for 5 yrs. Then in the same year I bought a house about 30 miles from the office and the doctor purchased a new "office" 30 miles the opposite way from where we were. So, w/ the new 60 mile commute I was going to quit. That was 4 yrs ago. I go to the office for about 5 hrs a week and do about 20hrs a week from home.
However, it just worked out this way. It is a hard field to get into solely from home.
