What is the correct way to handle?
Custy called for insurance quote, I did the transfer option, and did not continue with F8 to see the other directions. When I connected custy, I got a recording all agents were busy from reading the directions I should of stayed on line and announce the custy to insurance agent. Will I get a Boc for this?

I doubt it. It will probably just look like a dropped call. If you gave the customer the number to call in case the transfer didn't go through, you can sleep at ease.

i did same thing my first call like that and nothing happened.........sure they look at it.... new and just learning
i thought it automatically connected them until i hung up and read on and saw there was more, because if i remember right it says thank you alot of these are learn as you go and dont make same mistakes |
