just wondering, what's the best place for getting a domain & hosting? any recommendations are highly appreciated !

I use 1 & 1 and got a great deal which I think is still going on. And also, I've had to call them & they were really great so that makes me feel even better about my choice.

Depending on how much space you need, you can get free hosting from this site

Just pay for your domain which isn't too much. I have used this host in the past with no difficulites and very nice CS/Techy people.

If you are looking at larger needs, consider contacting Infopro (member here) as he hosts this site and it's HUGE and he's VERY involved with making sure we are up and running, he's great about answering questions as well.

If your still looking, try Host Gator (aff. link). I have been using them for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Tech support is awesome and there is a coupon for your first month free. It is only $7 a month afterwards.

I have talked to a few people who also use HG and they love it as well and report no outages and good support in their time with them as well. If you want more information I would be more than happy to provide it.
