We won't be ranked on performance, but I understand it to say we will be sent a majority of calls from one of the 3 B's. I wonder if this is to help us learn one system well, before moving on to another? If so, I see it as a good thing.

What are the old timer's thoughts?

Sounds like a good thing if the cv is the same. Each of the B's varies a little and sometimes I get flustered jumping from one to another. I wish you could pick a preference to which one(s) you want to take calls for

I hate when they send e-mail like this!!! Leaves more ?'s than answers.

Can we be told ahead of time which call so will be getting? ( i still need to review a lot and would love to know where to focus)

Will it change daily?

Will we still get calls from other papers?( i know they said it won't effect call vm but I find that hard to believe.)

Aren't most calls from SB?

If anyone know the answers please share. I'm still debating whether or not to try again with this line. 3 days and I'm on the border of giving up. The lower rates were not a great incentive either. I wish with the high cv here they would give us a GR.

I just chatted with a pal and she had no clue what I was talking about. She was unaware of the e-mail. Had no clue as to what paper I'd be getting calls from. She told me which ever one is busy and I tried to expalin the e-mail and she told me to reread it like I was an idiot and can't read. I copied some if to her and she gave me an 800 # to call.

You would think they'd tell the pals before making changes and sending these things out!

I think it will help you a lot. When we first started we had them one at a time so we were eased into it. getting familiar with them like that would help it not to be so overwhelming to all the rest.

That is really my only huge concern thalina, the switching multiple times a day having to go into it knowing all 3 which will take some time. Other than that, I'm as ready as I'll ever be!
