~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Apply online. There is an email validation, voice test and suitability test done at this point. *Receive email informing of application being reviewed. Download contractor form to continue application process. Fill this form out noting your ID number on the top of the page (there is no space provided). Mail to LO with $30 for background check. *Receive an email informing of paperwork being reviewed. Agent account is set up and once status is approved you can begin certification. *Start certification. There are 5 testing modules that revolve around system navigation, procedures and scheduling. *Once testing is complete, you will be contacted by email by your supervisor (usually within 48 hours) advising of phone line check and arranging for orientation conference call wherein scripting and suggestions on dealing with impatient customer is gone over. *Download appropriate scripts for back-up and work through product quizzes.
