Has Anyone Heard Of Critique Specialists Job Before!

Yes. It is receiving calls from telemarketers and you will make 1.00 per call. Each call is around 3-5 mins.

There is some discussion on this. Some are saying you have to meet a certain amount of calls (20 calls) before you are paid and some say they reach 17 and the phone stops ringing. You have to keep very accurate call records. One person said that they were 'cheated' a few calls and had the hassle of going through each call with the company.

The upside is that a few people have confirmed they have been paid, you don't have to have any special equipment, if you miss a call, they will call back and it's pretty easy.

I guess it's another pro and con thing. Personally, I could not do it b/c I really don't like to talk on the phone and telemarketers annoy the heck out of me. However, if you can handle it, it seems like a good thing for a little extra cash.

It seems like an easy position and easy money. Although you stated some have got paid and some have not, I would not mind trying it but would like to read any reviews on this position and company. You stated that there has been some discussion.

Where have you found any talk about this position/company at?

Something about this just doesn't sit right with me. I checked out the addy that kal put up and 1st, they are a business and using a free web service, and that is a RED flag for me on MOST things. 2nd no way to contact them except through email or MSN? No Phone numbers or street addy's? More red flags.....I'd be VERY cautious on this....My 2 cents

I checked it out. On the bad side, there was some confusion among the posters regarding gow to keep track of calls and also pay issues. Also one got fired on her payday (she feels this is why she was paid). It is free to participate, but I still want to get paid if I do.

On the good, someone keeps posting and seems to have alot of experience, good experience with this company.

Dunno.

I've been working with them a little over a week now. The first day I got over 10 calls. The calls have dwindled down a bit. I haven't gotten to 20 just yet so we will see how it goes.

Did you IM them after you were hired to get your calls to start? I would contact them to find out why you aren't receiving calls. Are you receving e-mails? I'm sure they'll be more than happy to check into it for you. I started receiving calls about an hour after I was hired. Good luck!

I was wondering, why do you have to set up an email account and give them the password so that "Critique Specialist Support can access your email account to forward trainees to the email account and your phone number for callsThat sounds a little strange to me.

I'm doin it, so far I think it's fun! I've done 3 critique's! It's all biz ops, so I know about most of them already from the group I run on yahoo. But I admit there are some I've never heard of. I feel like a p*l giving them feedback so it feels good! I know I've had over 20 calls come in and 40 or so email so far, but I can get to all the calls. The first night the phone rang from 3-9 because that's the hours I said were OK to call! eeek. The last 2 days it's slowed down to about 3 calls per night or so I turned the ringers off, and try to get one critique done. It takes about 20 min. I can probably take more just want to make sure it's legit as well.

I have been a member since June and have not gotten paid a dime. I did 15 calls and then the phone stopped ringing. I reapplied 6 times and still no calls. That is what they tell you to do is reapply when the phones stop ringing. It is amazing to me how you get 10 calls in 1 day and get no more calls after that, maybe 1 call until you get to just below 20 and then no more calls. This is a scam since they changed the I won't pay you until you get 20 calls thing. I say stay away from it. I am going to report them to the BBB as you can't get calls unless they send them to you and I think I should be paid for what I did. Some people say they got paid, but more people say they did not. The people who say they got paid are working for them as recruiters so they did get paid. If you are not a recruiter you did not get paid yet. I would like to know who did get paid who is not a recruiter since they changed their rules.

This is a situation I keep reading about. Thanks for posting this so there are more experiences to take into consideration when making a decision to get involved.

I just thought I would throw my 2 cents in First, you are paid in increments of $40.00 to your paypal account. So the 20 call thing everyone keeps talking about its because 40 completed calls would be $40.00. Also my phone rings off the hook all day,mostly out of my shift times because the only way those people know what time to call is on the end of letters sent to your e-mail your name, number and availability is stated there. So, unless you want calls all day, even on weekends its probably not for you. I was cleaning house yesterday so let my VM pick up and I had 20 messages alone there, so I would have been paid sometime soon had I answered all those calls. You also have to check your paypal account for payments as they are sent to the one you provided. Sounds liget to me and I like it so far. Hope this helps!
