operating hours

What are the operating hours for this client during non Peak times?

For part of the year, we were Fri-Mon, 8A-11P. That was before we trained on order-line phones. Service after 5:30 P weekdays was added recently, and for a brief while there were late email hours on weeknights, which I see are gone now. Now and then I see some daytime weekday hours - truly, I haven't a clue what the hours are when! I think we got an email about times recently, but anymore I just check the schedule - can't keep track. I think we go 7 days for Dec/Jan? Makes it hard to project and plan...
