chat based customer service

Well it looks like call based or telephone based customer service is out of the question for me. Anyone know where there are jobs for chat based customer service? For example when you go to a companies website and need to talk to customer service and there are people you can chat with? If not that then its to data entry or something. I am getting pretty desperate in my search.
