one thing i know,, the fr*sn* p*s takes a while to load, so be patient. p*l told me they start this one first.

If you accidentally lose the customer you are working on, if you hit Ctrl R, it will bring back that customer's addy, then you just hit F1 and will have their info in front of you again.

Contact p@ls before taking the final (4th exam) if all your modules do not work...very important test info in some of them that are not working. P@ls will write up a ticket for this and if they do not work before your deadline, you should be given an extension till the problem is fixed. Run waha assist and call tech support.

Additional note: Tests 3 and 4 (which is the final) do not have a back button - so make sure you are ready before you hit the next button because you can't go back and change your answers during the test. Most other tests have a back button where you can review your answers before hitting the dreaded score button.

to do most transactions, you can use one letter shortcuts, example, for complaint, instead of arrowing to: trans, add, comp, type in T A C and it will bring up complaint screen. payment, T A P. STOP: TAS
