Ok, so I can't sleep. I decided to do some research with google, and here are some leads i've come up with so far. Good Luck! These are unresearched.

with unity in order to be a contractor you have to have a registered company

freedom telework is an online resume system that allows you to bid on contracts, then the pay goes throught them and then Freedom Telework charges TeleWorkers a 12% fee on their earnings for using them. there are to many places where you can bid on contracts for free instead of going through soemthing like this considering you would be giving them 12 percent of what you make then taking out your own taxes and so forth is not worth it lucky if you get to save 25 percent for yourself

I did a search on freedom telework and nothing bad came up. I did run across a few adds looking for workers. I started the process to sign up etc. I guess if they charge 12% then I will go up on the min per hour. I did look into the job cetre and it said no jobs available. So I'll try it, and see what happens, the background and the test are not mandatory... So does anyone do work for them?

With unity you also have to have an australia or new zealand work visa.

Sammy, when I was there early this morning there were 4 openings for collection/call center. keep trying back, they will probably put up more. The way I see it is like you said, we can charge what we want per hour, so we can always make up for that fee.

As far as Unity is concerned, I have found where some virtual call centers from overseas are allowing US agents. Just looke at Contractexchance.com they say on their website you ahve to be in canada area, yet they are taking US agents. So for those who choose not to give up, good luck and for those who are in Austrailia or New Zealand who can use this lead, good luck!

ok, I found the jobs on freedom telework, I just needed to scroll down since it was not showing on the screen, duh.. Well I've done everything except for the background, and training which is not mandatory. Although, I can't get them to call me back to do the voice recording. I sent them an email, but haven't heard back from them. I went ahead and submitted a bid for the telework and the call center agent. I bidded 15 an hour. So will see.. I'll let you guys know..

I wrote tech support and never heard back from them. I guess they are not interested in hiring anyone..
