I got feedback on my first shift for ***! My first shift! Come on!!! Obviously it sucked! That is so unfair.

Surely your TL knew it was your first shift. Maybe that was so you would call in. But could he/she just not send you an e-mail and ask you do do a 1 on 1 if they thought you needed help. This seems really unfair.

My feedbacks have always been for calls a week or so previous to when the feedback actually gets to me. Don't know if everyone's is like that.

Sorry Hebner--Call your TL, the person that sent the FB, via the P*L line.

Did you all get the quality email about how dubyas low on FB score? I haven't gotten any FB in about 1.5 months and I was getting 94 to 100's..IF the P*Ls are concentrating on the newbies, no wonder why W's overall score is low. Any other "old timers" been getting fb?

Have you ever noticed in the "How we compare" on jumpstart that we are almost always lower on Quality? Our closure is usually highest, but u/s and quality are lower.

Yes, deffinately call your TL I always call after FB if it is less than 90% I don't know if it matters or not, but I want them to know that I care and want their help--just in case. My TL is great and very complimentary and encouraging.

Being a newbie I would recommend calling. Feedbacks change depending on who does them, but you can jot down the verbiage your present TL wants you to use so your scores will improve.

It's frustrating calling because they constantly put you on hold and you don't have the advantage of listening to the call. This is not paid training and I don't know why they can't send an email instead.

YES! Call. I had a feedback I questioned on another line and I called- and did get some decent tips on how to fix what needed fixing.

I called last night.... she was super sweet and very encouraging. Judging from her reaction, she did not realize it was my first *** shift.
