Ps3 Day...

11/17/2006 is the release for the PS3. We will no doubt get a ton of phone calls from guests who did not receive their PS3. Complaints about there being not enuff qty in store, or stores "holding" systems for other ppl etc etc etc. These calls are not to be sent to T2 if at all possible, we do not create a case on these either unless the guest has a pre order receipt in their hot little hands. Please inform the guests that we have no control over production of the system, there for we have no control over the qty that are allocated for individual stores. TRU is NOT the only store selling this system. The amounts released to the U.S. was dictated by S*ny. Tell your guests if they want to speak to someone else that they will only convey the same answers and then give them the corp addy or phone number so they can voice their concerns. Lets try to be the better IC's and not overwhelm T2 with inappropriate escalations. Thank you all and bring it on!!!
