Re: First BOC

Just wondering, if you get a boc for ALC on one line and a boc for ALC on another. Does that count as 2 against you? Don't you need 3 of the same to get terminated? Just wondering, for future references, I haven't got one yet.
Thanks

Re: First BOC

I do trust the advice that I am being given (more so than the pals info most of the time ). I wasn't working back in july so I didn't get that email. I also just called a pal and brought it to their attention because no where in MY training does it mention that. She is referring to her supervisor because once she saw my trainig information she knew that I was not covered on verification of phone numbers.

I am so thankful for this board and the fact that all four of my feedbacks have been 100% (and even have a Y under accuately verify and capture phone number), even though I know that I have not been verifyinig the number. I'm just glad that it appears I have time to correct what I was doing wrong before I DID get a boc.

Re: First BOC

Well I just had a custy accidently hang up on me... can I send her a BOC? lol

Seriously though, I've never waited to hear them hang up either.. now I'm feeling a bit paranoid about it. I could see if the situation had been that you were rushing the customer off, but obviously you weren't.

Hmm, keep your alc down, but waste time waiting to hear the line disconnect... and they have to wonder why we're all so confused?!?

p.s. if anyone gets a lady ordering a lamp and lemon cleaner this hour, I'm not sure what happened, but all I got was a few seconds of silence, and then the dreaded 'no one on the line busy tone'... lol

I didn't mean to question whether you believed us or not, hope you didn't take it that way.

It is so unfair when you come in new and aren't notified of all the updates and changes they've made. I just took a look at some of the training modules and I'm amazed at some of the outdated stuff still on there. Good for you for calling them and bringing it to their attention!

As for feedbacks, I know I get dinged for things others don't and "get away" with things that others are getting dinged for. I think it all depends on who does your feedbacks and what they think is important.

And yes, I've said it many times, if it weren't for these boards I would have quit (or probably been fired) a long time ago!
