Working Solutions Tests/Application Updates

Hi everyone! As most of you are aware, we are asking all of the applicants in our database to update their applications at the current time. With this update, you will be invited to complete our new automated testing process.

The tests are a part of our screening process, and will be evaluated at the time an application is reviewed. This will help us reach our applicants in a more timely manner, and will streamline our selection process.

Please know that the update application email was sent to everyone in our database, so thousands of people are going in to update their applications and take the new tests. This volume may be impacting your ability to access the files, so if you encounter a delay, wait a few hours and try again. Do know that you can only use your Agent ID ONE TIME to test, so be sure that you are prepared to complete the test when you enter your ID.

If you have questions, I encourage you to review the posts on this site first. If you still do not find an answer, you may email us, but please be patient, as there are many, many emails that we are responding to right now.
