A word about Tests & Training

I have noticed more than a few "In training" IC’s asking test questions here on WPLH. While you are more than welcome to ask questions and explore post, please be aware the asking and answering test questions on this board is a MAJOR Breach Of Contract and can result in termination for the OP and/or any respondents.

You can and should have your training materials open while taking the test. Many items can be saved to your hard drive or can be opened in a separate window. Knowing where and how to find information is as important as knowing the answers off the top of your head. There are many great companies and product lines; some having a very steep learning curve. Take your time, save and print, make post its. You are just beginning a profitable venture. You will learn much more as you go.
