If after viewing the presentation if you feel this company is a good match for you, you will be asked to fill out their online form (an application of sorts) and be asked to submit a resume and optional cover letter. This is ACDD's first impression of you...be sure to check for accuracy of the documents that you submit. The work with the company involves your inputting information received from the caller into their system, so attention to detail is something that they will be looking for. The other critical factor, if you are interviewed, is to let your personality shine over the phone. Remember, if you smile when you are talking to a caller on the phone, it makes all the difference in the world!!
