Where do I apply for a home-based job with Sterling Testing?

What is the application process?

Fill out your application and submit it. Within a couple of days you will receive a phone call, explaining the PC requirements, phone requirements, and job requirements. You have the opportunity to ask any and all questions you have about the position.

You will then receive an email with a link to 3 Assessment Tests that you must pass. Upon passing these tests, you will be sent a Disclosure Form for you to fill out and return giving them authorization for your background check. They will also ask for a copy of your driver's license.

You will then be sent a packet through UPS to take a drug test. They will send you an email telling you the closest location for you to go to. Once you receive the package, you have 24 hours to complete the drug test.

Once they receive the background check back, they will email you for information on your phone so that they can begin processing your long distance code which you will need for training and the job. You must have long distance on your phone, but all long distance charges goes through Sterling Testing, so there is no charge to you for the phone calls out of state.

Once everything is approved, you will be set up for a 2-Hour Training Session. In the meantime, you will receive emails with all the various manuals to read through before your training. If all goes well with the Training Session, you will be hired on. At that time, you will then receive another email with Direct Deposit Information, a way to submit your schedule and your long distance phone code.

The minimum hours to be worked is 30 hours a week, with a maximum of 40 hours. You must work between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM, EST, Monday thru Friday. You will be off all major holidays, as the businesses you would need to contact for your job, would also be closed. The pay is $8/hour for actual time spent on researching the employment information.
