I also got that call two days ago. I hope it starts on the 13th. I am still waiting on packet also.

I too received the call. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Stuff like this happens all the time. And yes the project will run from 8am-8pm, i asked to clarify

Hi! Any updates? I just got an email invite to do the automated interview. Just wondering if anyone has anything good to say yet.

I received my packet today of papers that I have to fill out and its a lot of papers to go through!! It came by UPS so I was surprised by that. So everyone be on the look out because it should be arriving soon! and good luck to all!!

I did my automated phone interview and haven't heard anything back. I also received another automated interview email so I thought that I would do it agian but It siad I already completed it and couldn't do another for three more days. Does anyone know what is going on???? I also have checked the web site and thier has been no changes to my page.

As far as I know, the second email invite for the automated phone interview is just a glitch. Everyone who has received it so far has been told to disregard it.

There is a support chat on the Teletech-Hirepoint site. The agent in chat will be able to tell you if you should have to do another if you'd like to be sure.

Hi all,

I also had the automated interview on 11/04... haven't heard a thing after that. But did chat with someone on HirePoint, and he let me know that it can be up to 14 days before we hear back if they are interested; he also said it would more than likely be by e-mail that I would hear something.

That made me feel better, but I am still a little anxious, I realllly would like this position!
