Re: Sp*ctr*m

H*N will be doing it as well. I need to do the training, I haven't worked a line yet that uses it. I did hear it's better than what we are doing now.

It'll make me more likely to pick up hours!

Re: Sp*ctr*m

That is true of me too. If I can pick up hours knowing that I may be able to ditch them if realtors call for appointments or something comes up, it will be easier on my mind! lol

Re: Sp*ctr*m

I'm not familiar w/spectrum (haven't had the chance to use it yet) but I'm wondering are hours available for scheduling further out? Or do we still need to stalk for hours? Anyone know?

I am guessing that the rollout for hours will not change but the trade feature will mean more hours get worked.

Re: Sp*ctr*m

I can't wait for this to come into play.

We used it for a short period of time on OD, and it was wonderful.

Re: Sp*ctr*m

I have used Spectrum before, as I used to work for the B&M here, and it IS a good thing, just keep in mind when you are dropping a shift that you are still responsible for it until someone else picks it up.

Re: Sp*ctr*m

It is much better....you see a week at a time, like a bar graph sort of, the available hours lit up with different tabs for available hours, your hours, hours people are trying to give up, etc. (or something like that...it's been a few months)
What I hope people keep in mind is to look for hours someone is trying to drop before picking up the same hours in the 'regular' schedule screen, to help each other out.

This is probably a dumb question but I don't see spectrum on the net site. Where is it?

Re: Sp*ctr*m

They said it will be active I think at 2 PM CT today (could be an hour off on that one) but it will be located under Work Schedule. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember correctly that's what the training said.
