Yep, I still work for them (14mos now) but I work on the TPV side. Seems most discussions have to do with the Live Operator side....

What is the difference? Isn't third party veification (TPV?) when you get calls and verify the caller's ID? Or is that the Live Op? So, what is the difference?

I'm on the automated side so I don't speak with any customers. I just listen to recordings & verify or fail accordingly. Live Operators actually speak to the customers to do the verifications.

I just started working for them last week. I really like it a lot. Everyone is so nice and they are very professional. I highly recommend this company. I am very happy with them

I agree. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are a great company to work for & my manager/supervisor is always quick to answer any questions.

I have applied a million times but never get a call for an interview.

I received a call and was scheduled for training but couldn't because I was training for another WAH company. boohoo I should have postponed the other company. Voicelog would not let me reschedule their training. They told me to reapply but I have not heard back from them. Good luck to all who have applied.
