What is Working Solutions?

I am currently working for West and would like to work for another company before I quit my job outside of the home. . . .
Is Working Solutions like West or Liveops.com?
I applied for Liveops, but never heard from them?
Does Working Solutions have a website? I know I applied with a few companies, but I am not sure if I applied for this one or not.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
