I can only say for some people its wonderful and for another it may not be .. it's all dependent on your personal situation.

I worked Willow for a while and it ended up being worth it as far as recouping all the monies I put into becoming Inc and then some, but for me I wasn't able to consult with an accountant or anything and I felt I wasn't doing things with the Corp that I should be doing, and I was in a lull at the time with my clients, so the best option for me was to quit and close my business.

Good luck and sorry I wasn't much help.

Its only worth it if you are going to work alot of hrs. I start out $70. in the hole because of 40. in fees 30. (phone line that I didn't have before).

It is different for each individual. I did not do so well, and also chose to close shop. You do need to put in the hrs, and have the clients, and there are expenses with training and fees, and you just have to weigh it all out. It has been great for many as well.

I took all the tests and passed but decided that I didn't want to go Inc and pay out all the money and fees.
