All West contracts include a confidentiality agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, not revealing employee names, emails, product names, client names, or any other proprietary information.

WPLH is not run, managed or connected to West in any way. We do, however, want to help ensure that agents abide by the terms of their contracts and that the board maintains a good relationship with West.

Please take a moment to review your post before hitting the submit button. The mods and admins do everything they can to review the posts and will edit if needed, but we are not in each forum 24/7.


Some things to be aware of:

- Please add a few *** to any client names (Sh*p) & products (I*o*e*s).

- Please completely *** out any employee names, including names of PALS.

- Do not post any emails connected to West. You can share those in PM.

- Do not post C&P of PAL chat conversations or emails.

- Do not post C&P of info taken directly from JS or training material.

- Do not post West phone numbers/addresses/ID numbers. Can be shared by PM.


- You do not have to * out PAL, Oracle, ADE, or West.
