Forming your Corporation ~ Disclaimer

There are so many different options when you are looking to form your own corporation and when you are looking to report your taxes. I do encourage everyone to take the time to look into the requirements for your state as well the reporting practices for the corporation that will work best for your situation. Its nearly impossible to give advice on this as everyone's situation is different. Also a factor in that is that every state is different in their processes as well. While the advice that others shared on the board is meant to help not hinder, please do your own research as well as I would hate to see anyone exposed to personal liability.
