If you have a question that you want to ask, please feel free to post it, but please know that our PAL's would be the most qualified to answer any questions you have. We post in this folder for advice or to let others know what we have been told by our PAL, but that does not mean that you need to automatically skip asking your PAL for verification of any questions that you may have. You can use the support link on the .net site or you may email your PAL directly for this. Thats what they get paid for folks, and they all are more than qualified to assist us with anything that we need help with. Don't be afraid to ask them! A question that is never asked can't be answered, and its best to get that answer from a PAL as they are the ones who listen to our calls and grade us on our performance.
