Can't block TN?

Hi! I am brand new at this, and this is the first company who has hired me. In the contract it looks like I have to let the customers see my telephone number on their caller ID? I don't have a seperate line yet for this, and was waiting til I got into the "swing of things", but if I have to give out my full name and number I just might get the line after all. Did I read it right? And has anyone had a customer call them back at home?
