I have worked this program for over two years and I personally love it. Yes, you have your days or even your customers, but you'll get that with any program you work. LOL

The flexibility given to you for time off is good, but you should take very good note as to AA's adherence policy and understand it fully. You are dinged for issues and you need to have a good understanding of that and be sure that it is something you agree to abide by.

The program itself can be overwhelming at first but it's easy to master. Just make and keep good notes and use the tools you're given (and know where to find those tools, too. )

Is the cv good, and can you work more than 30 hours?

Calhoun,

The cv is pretty consistently busy. There are slow days/times but it's pretty steady.

The hours are there sometimes but it really still varies on the season and the needs of the client.

Hi Red, I am going to start training for the OD position on 11/27. Can you give me any tips? Should I go to the OD website and get familiar with products?
